The atlantic rally for cruisers is the world´s most popular regatta (rally) for cruises.
Crossing the atlantic from the canaries to the caribic needs a well prepared team. Ready to handle not only the yacht, to handle the daily life on board is also a huge challenge.
Up to 20 days the team is under pressure. Not only in bad weather conditions, also when there is no wind and you fight to find the next breeze or you have to decide which is the best route.
We offer a teamtraining on your boat. Goal is to manage all challenges on board:
- the coordination of the team in terms of the boat handling and
- the handling of conflicts and demotivation.
